Our products, particularly our shoes, are entirely handmade and individually hand-dyed by Italian artisans. Due to this traditional process, slight variations in color, shade, and texture are natural characteristics of the leather and unique signatures of authenticity, not defects.

3. Pricing and Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made via our authorized secure payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery
As our products are artisanal and often hand-dyed to order, delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses. International buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
