Thank you for visiting and shopping at Emiliano Santi. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing and Production Time
Because our products and shoes are entirely handmade and hand-dyed to order, they require meticulous craftsmanship.

Standard Items: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days if the item is in stock.

Hand-Dyed & Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for production and hand-dyeing before your order is dispatched.

We do not ship orders on weekends or Italian national holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide using trusted, secure express couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Italy: 1–3 business days.

Europe (EU): 3–5 business days.

Rest of the World: 5–10 business days (depending on customs clearance).

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is dispatched so you can follow its journey.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Within the European Union (EU): No customs duties or additional import taxes apply.

Outside the European Union: Emiliano Santi is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order by your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Damages and Incorrect Addresses
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details. If your package arrives significantly damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately so we can assist you with the carrier claim.
